Principal Investigators
DANIEL RUTRICK, MD is the founder of Adams Clinical. He is a board-certified psychiatrist, having completed residencies in Syracuse, New York and Cambridge, Massachusetts with Harvard Medical School. He is the Medical Director in psychiatry and Principal Investigator for Adams Clinical of Watertown.
STEPHANIE RUTRICK, MD is a board-certified neurologist and the Chief Medial Officer of Adams Clinical. Prior to joining Adams Clinical in 2022, she was a Neurologist at Tufts Medical Center, a Vascular (Stroke) Neurology Fellow at Weill Cornell Medicine, and an Internal Medicine Intern at Mount Sinai St. Luke's-West (Roosevelt) Hospital. She received her MD from Penn State College of Medicine.
JESSICA RANKIN, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Ophthalmology Lead at Adams Clinical. She received her MD degree from Harvard Medical School and completed ophthalmology residency at Harvard Ophthalmology Residency Program. She joined Adams Clinical in 2023.
STEPHANIE ELLICKSON, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist trained in assessment, research, and psychotherapy. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, and completed her clinical internship and clinical research post-doctoral work at the VA Boston Healthcare System and in the National Center for PTSD. Dr. Ellickson serves as the Principal Investigator of the TRAIT study and as a neuropsychological rater at Adams Clinical Watertown.
MIRIAM EVANS, PhD is the Chief Enrollment Officer at Adams Clinical. She holds a PhD in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College. Before joining Adams Clinical in 2019, Dr. Evans served as Director of Research at EdTogether, Inc. and as an Associate Research Scientist at the Center for Applied Special Technology.
NAUDER NAMAKY, PhD is a clinical scientist and Enrollment Director for Psychiatry at Adams Clinical. Since joining Adams Clinical in May 2024, Dr. Namaky has served as a neuropsychological rater and acts as a clinician on the leadership team at the Watertown site. He completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia. Dr. Namaky also completed his clinical internship and an NIH-funded T32 postdoctoral fellowship in suicide research at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
SARAH STARLING, PhD holds a degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences. At Adams Clinical she oversees enrollment in neurology trials across the network and is Principal Investigator for the Neurology TRIAGE prescreening study.
