  • Currently using Suboxone and agree to stay on it throughout the study, or want to start Suboxone treatment

  • Can’t stop using opioids completely (like heroin, fentanyl, oxycontin, percocet, etc.)

  • Have housing

  • Have not had an opioid overdose within the last six months
